In the Baldeschi di Vernazzano estate it is possible to stay in one of our two farmhouses; La Fattoria del Rio di Sopra and Il Piratello. They are located just under half a kilometer from each other and both have their own swimming pool.

Agriturismo La Fattoria del Rio di Sopra
La Fattoria del Rio di Sopra is a farmhouse with swimming pool in the shape of a small village and made up of traditional stone buildings.
Ancient monastery and later converted into a farm, it still has its church.
It is located on the border between Tuscany and Umbria and, a few steps from Lake Trasimeno and surrounded by the company's fields and olive groves.
It has 9 large apartments, finely furnished and with independent entrance.
Inside you will find our small shop with our oils and other company products. It will be possible to make simple tastings accompanied by local products.
Our farmhouse has a large room with kitchen where small events related to food are organized.
The top floor is dedicated to an "art, culture and wellness" area, with a library, a sauna and a yoga/meditation room. We are happy to welcome groups who want to take advantage of this area by proposing events or organizing retreats.

Il Piratello is a few steps away from the La Fattoria del Rio di Sopra farmhouse (the company's sales point) and is close to the small village of Vernazzano.
At Piratello it is easy to breathe the countryside atmosphere between tractors and chickens that will keep you company.
