Angioliero Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This single variety oil is an extra virgin olive oil obtained from the pressing of Moraiolo olives alone.

Moraiolo is one of the typical varieties of central Italy and Umbria in particular. Widely present in the so-called Assisi Spoleto olive-growing area, it is also well represented in the rest of the region.

It is an important component of Umbria DOP oil.

Its oil has a medium intensity fruitiness that offers vegetal notes of wild grass. Distinctly bitter and spicy on the palate, it finishes with notes of artichoke leaf and ginger.”
