Carlo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This single-variety oil is an extra virgin olive oil obtained from the pressing of Don Carlo olives alone.
Don Carlo is a new olive cultivar obtained from the selection of Frantoio seedlings. It is a plant with moderate vigour, making it suitable for high-density planting. On our farm, it is grown both in high density with fully mechanised harvesting and in olive groves with traditional spacing.
The oil obtained by respecting the right ripening time is very special.
The panel test highlights: ‘”Fruity with vegetal notes of artichoke, tomato and green apple. In the mouth, it confirms the vegetal notes, elegant and effervescent. The bitterness and spiciness are harmonious, very persistent and pleasant”.
