Extra Virgin Olive Oil PDO Umbria Colli del Trasimeno

In our case, this oil is a blend of oils from Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo and Dolce Agogia olives, plus other minor varieties such as Borgiona.

The proportion between one olive and another complies with the regulations for Umbria PDO extra virgin olive oil, in our case for the Colli del Trasimeno sub-area.

For us, this oil represents “the flavour of Umbria” and has a strong history and connection with the territory from which it originates.

It is a medium-intensity fruity oil with vegetal notes of wild grass and almond.
