How will the tasting take place?
The tasting begins with a journey into the aromas and flavors of the oil using traditional tasting glasses. Guided by our expert, you will learn the professional method of tasting oil, recognizing its qualities and distinguishing it from low-quality oil. You will discover how the nuances of taste reflect the terroir, climate and variety of olives.
After the tasting, you can enjoy our oil paired with local products such as fagiolina del lago, a legume hummus and a pesto of seasonal vegetables.
We use genuine ingredients, grown in our fields, favoring wild herbs and seasonal vegetables, to offer authentic flavors linked to our land.
