It comes from Tuscany, specifically from Rufina, near Florence, and is produced with passion by Apicoltura Forasassi, an artisan business founded by two dear long-time friends of Matteo Baldeschi.
We chose their honey not only for its quality and the care with which it is produced, but also because we believe in the value of authentic relationships and collaborations that arise from mutual respect and friendship.
