We invite you to book a tasting or a stay at our farmhouses and discover for yourself the goodness and authenticity of Umbrian extra virgin olive oil.

It will be possible to taste our extra virgin olive oils and you will be explained how to recognize the typical flavors and aromas of this product.

Tasting with local products
Tasting of Baldeschi extra virgin olive oil, accompanied by bread, lake beans, legume hummus, seasonal vegetable pestos, and cheeses.
€30.00 per person, reservation required.
Basic version with bread, lake bean bruschetta, and cheeses.
€20.00 per person, reservation required.
Cooking class in farmhouse
Cooking class dedicated to our typical dishes, in traditional or vegetarian versions.
Together we will prepare an appetizer, fresh pasta with sauce, a main course, and a dessert, using produce from our garden.
€150.00 per person, by reservation.
