Warranty
All items sold by Azienda Agraria Baldeschi are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty valid throughout Italy. Defective products will be replaced with the same product by returning it to Azienda Agraria Baldeschi – Loc. Palazzola 6, 06069 Tuoro sul Trasimeno, at the customer’s expense. The customer will arrange for delivery of the goods, agreeing on shipping methods in advance.
Legal provisions on the right of withdrawal
The Decree in question grants you the right to withdraw from the purchase within 10 working days from receipt of the ordered goods by sending us a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address: Azienda Agraria Baldeschi – Loc. The withdrawal may also be sent within the same period by telegram, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within the following 48 hours.
If exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the received goods at their own expense, intact and unused, to Azienda Agraria Baldeschi – Loc. Palazzola 6, 06069 Tuoro sul Trasimeno, within ten working days from the date of receipt of the goods and only after obtaining the return authorization code (RAS). The return must be made by insured mail, carriage paid. Packages sent with cash on delivery or postage collect will not be accepted.
