How do we do it?
Let's start from the field with la care and cultivation of the olive tree with integrated and sustainable agriculture methods;
It continues with the constant control of the olives until they are harvested;
Within twelve hours of harvesting, the olives are processed in the mill with innovative methods extraction with reduced oxidative impact.
But that's not all, let's pamper our oil until it is delivered:
- We filter the oil to retain all the water particles which over time would compromise the conservation and quality of the oil;
- We keep it at a controlled temperature ed in the absence of oxygen to keep away the greatest enemies of the oil: light, oxygen and heat.

Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means
Fruity with intense and vegetal tones
Bitter and spicy in the mouth, it highlights notes of artichoke and chicory
Ideal with bruschetta, stuffed vegetables, soups, structured first courses, red meats and game
The varieties in the olive grove are according to the percentage ratios
Moraiolo and Dolce Agogia >= 15%, Leccino and/or Frantoio >=65%, other varieties <= 20%.
